What you need to qualify

  • NZ-registered business with a valid NZBN
  • Public liability insurance ($1m minimum, $2m+ preferred)
  • Trade-specific registration (EWRB for electrical, PGDB for gasfitting/plumbing, LBP for building work)
  • Manufacturer accreditation for the products you install (e.g. Daikin, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Fronius, Tesla)
  • Two recent customer references we can call
  • Workmanship guarantee (minimum 2 years)

No. Once we hand over the lead, the relationship and invoice are entirely yours. We make money from the membership/lead fee — never from your margin.

You'll get an email the moment a lead in your trade and region comes in, plus it appears in your dashboard. Up to 5 experts can claim each lead. The faster you respond, the better — most jobs go to the first expert who replies. If you don't accept within 24 hours, the lead is offered to the next expert in the queue.

Most applications are reviewed in 3–5 business days. We check NZBN, EWRB/PGDB/LBP registration, insurance certificate and call your two references. Once approved, you go live the same day.

Yes — tick as many trades and regions as you genuinely service. We only show you to homeowners inside your selected patch, and only for jobs you've ticked. You can update your trades and regions anytime from your dashboard.

Customers are invited to rate the job after completion. Star ratings affect your placement in the directory and your priority on new leads in your region. Disputed reviews can be challenged with evidence — we don't allow malicious or unverifiable reviews.

Yes. Annual memberships are non-refundable but auto-renewal can be turned off anytime — you'll keep your benefits until the end of the term. Pay-per-lead can be paused or cancelled at any moment with no fees outstanding.
